Emotions - Judge not anyone
Every soul has got this part of essence; some people come to the fore & exhibit it face to face while others don’t concede it.It is alright for a grown-up man to cry. No one should judge him for his tears. After all, emotion knows no gender. It is one’s way of expressing his/her mind.
Who knows his part of the story? Maybe he is currently climbing the cliff-edge of his life & stands on the rim. We as an observer should not present him a litany of complaints about his crying. This will affect the person badly putting him in a serious condition.
Everyone can’t be happy all time; fortunate stances don’t come along throughout one’s lifetime. You can’t be jovial and carefree each day. Being contended & pleased alone are not the only emotions of mankind.
Sorrow, regret, failure is also the segments of our life and when one can’t handle it beyond his/her limits, it is okay to express that part of the emotion. And that can be revealed by yelling or crying. So, if someone cries, accept that emotion too. You can't judge him to be a weaker person since you don’t know the other face of the situation.
Even you need not maintain that protracted faking smile in any gathering that you don’t like. Just break the glass ceiling & step out.
After all, emotions are to be expressed.
