There Any Song that I Makes Cry In Tamil

I am not much of a sentimental person nor do I shed tears for anyone so soon. Even during our farewell, I was the only one standing still with a clear face while my friends were full of tears. Not that I wasn't missing them but I knew am not going to keep a full stop to our friendship.

Okay coming back to the question.

If I cried for a song, this is the first one - the Manitham song of Somali (Tamil film). I was drenched in tears for the whole song.

Few lines of the song

இனம் என பிரிந்தது போதும்
மதம் என பிரிந்தது போதும்
மனிதம் ஒன்றே தீர்வாகும்
உயிர்களை இழந்தது போதும்
உறவுகள் அழிந்தது போதும்
அன்பே என்றும் தீர்வாகும் 

This roughly translates to, “ It's enough that we are separated in the name of religion and caste. Only humanity will be the remedy. It's enough that we have lost lives and relations. Only Love will always be the remedy”

Unmindful of sitting in the theatre, I couldn't hold myself back. Also, since the song was a part of the climax scene, I soon grabbed my handkerchief. Cleared my sobbing face so that I don't get caught crying when the lights are ON.

Who'll face my family nudging me..nooo.!! They'll make fun of me announcing it to the whole town:p

Hope this will also be the last song that I cried.

I don't want to see me crying, lol!
