Before answering your question I would like to ask you something. By what means are you referring to others’ life as a normal one? Do you think every one is leading a happy life? No! Not definitely.

Look whether you find yourself in the following types

TYPE 1

Everyone of them have problems and when you really jump into their position; experience their lifestyle and then you realize which is NORMAL! Because being an outsider and just finding someone as ‘leading a normal life -person’ doesn't make sense according to me. If you give a hearing to each one of them whom you consider to be normal and spend around an hour with them, you will then be able to recognize by yourself about their struggle too. 

Know the reality. No one is happy just because you see people posting their vacation stories on IG. No one is happy just because you see people uploading a series of Whatsapp statuses. No one is happy just because you see people being ACTIVE in any of the social media. If your “being-normal” comes in this category, just mute off your thoughts. Maybe they are just posers after all!

TYPE 2

It is fact that men are happier in their homes than in the workplace and in the case of women it is vice versa. Sometimes it can be the way reverse too. Some people tend to stress out from their situation, so they build themselves with charisma and represent themselves to be jovial. In this way, they are making others around them to be happy too. 

 Try understanding this naked truth! These neighbors/friends/colleagues whom you are thinking to be as NORMAL are also dwelling in a bed of thorns. If you think you are also in the same stream, then it is in your hands to avert from being pricked by the thorns. Try changing your thoughts, be happier each day. Your heart is too tiny to hold such negative thoughts to be dumped. Have a contented heart.

TYPE 3

If you are finding yourselves restless; not normal; getting your mind and body tired and if you realize this is due to your work pressure, then grab time and unfasten from your work-role. Get stabilized, plan a vacation- I suggest you separate out and travel alone. Brush up and breathe a new life into!
